the oversight of the daily financial activities and coordination of the accounting
team. Your skills and prior experience would ensure the integrity of the general
ledger system, oversight of the payroll cycle, provide creative problem solving
and a desire to learn and participate in the treasury and risk management
functions. Responsibilities include annual financial statements, quarterly
regulatory reporting, liaison with auditors and examiners, oversight of the daily
accounting in accordance with GAAP, partner in the budgeting process and a
