Tim McNeil was named vicepresident of mortgage lending forthe $1.5 billion, St.
Paul, Minn.-basedHiway CreditUnion. He is taking over Hiway’smortgage divisionfollowing the retirement of longtime Hiway executive Mary Koonce.

2019, bringing over 20 years of
mortgage, underwriting and loan
processing experience, and over
15 years of management experi-
ence. Prior to joining Hiway, he
served as a branch manager for
Mann Mortgage, where he over-
saw all aspects of branch opera-
tions including sales, origina-
tion, processing, underwriting
and closing. McNeil spent over
three years at Lake Area Mort-
gage as operations manager and
five years with US Bank Home
Mortgage.

Rapids, Mich.-based Adventure
Credit Union hiredLisa Posthumus aschief lending officer. Posthumusbrings more than20 years of experience, havingoverseen lendingand retail operations for multipleorganizations. At Adventure, shewill lead a team of 32 employees,overseeing consumer, commercial and indirect lending, alongwith the credit union’s mortgage,loss prevention and card servicesdepartments.
The $1 billion, Papillion, Neb.-based Cobalt Credit Union promoted one employee and hiredanother.
Assan Manneh was named vicepresident of retail banking operations. Mannehwill lead the creditunion’s south region operations,including branches in Papillion,South Omaha, Bellevue and Gretna,Neb. He has beenwith Cobalt forseven years, serving first as a financial service officer, then as asenior financial service specialistand in various branch managerpositions. Steve Ryder was hiredas vice president of project management. Ryderhas over 15 years ofexperience in thebanking industry,having served asa personal/uni-versal banker, recruiter, trainer andvice president ofretail banking operations. In his new role, he willbe responsible for developing,tracking and leading enterpriseinitiatives from initiation throughcompletion.

Ashleigh Robinson from community relationsspecialist to community relationsand member development manager. In her newrole, she will manage the credit union’s communityrelations statewide. Before joiningFirst Florida in 2016, Robinsonworked as a special events andvolunteer coordinator at Daniel,a Jacksonville-based non-profit,and held roles at several othernon-profits.
