Assan Manneh was named vicepresident of retail banking operations. Mannehwill lead the creditunion’s south region operations,including branches in Papillion,South Omaha, Bellevue and Gretna,Neb. He has beenwith Cobalt forseven years, serving first as a financial service officer, then as asenior financial service specialistand in various branch managerpositions. Steve Ryder was hiredas vice president of project management.
